If you want a friendly and personal service whilst you are studying hard for your degree then we’re here to help.

At our Open Day event, you will be able to:

tour the Studios and see our fantastic facilities,

learn about our vibrant student community from current Flatmates,

talk to our onsite maintenance/ admin Team about the tenancies on offer,

get advice on local amenities and travel from our Student support Team and current Flatmates, and

meet up with your future Flatmates.

Student tenants’ 1987 Reunion – 34CPR1F

34 Clifton Park Road

Dear Mark…

Thank you so much for taking the time to show us around 34 Clifton Park Road yesterday.

We were one of your first customers, having rented the flat in 1985/86 and 1986/87 when we were students at the university, and being able to revisit it for old times’ sake was certainly a highlight of our 25th anniversary reunion weekend.

Things have certainly moved on from our day, when each of us had individual gas heaters in our rooms to take the edge off the Bristol winters, and with it the frost on the INSIDE of the windows.

Gone too is the olive green bathroom, and the electricity meter we used to feed 50 pence pieces to heat the water in the shower room.

The central heating, new kitchen, fifth bedroom and restored balcony are all a reflection of the hard work you’ve put in to maintain the flat over the years, and we’re sure that it’ll continue to be a happy home for generations of students to come.
