This has links to the helpful information to assist you in managing your Tenancy of our rented accommodation.  Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the important health and safety information.

The Lead Tenant should be your and our first point of contact.

Please only use our email address or text to us unless it is an Emergency.

Your own house and mobile phone numbers are essential for our services’ contact purposes.  Please send these to:  mark.sefton@universitylets.co.uk, when convenient, if not already done so, or if ever your contact details change.

NO SMOKING is permitted in any common shared parts.

TENANTS ARE ALL RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING THEIR ACCESS AREAS, E.G. ENTRANCES, FORECOURTS, BIN AREAS CLEAN AT ALL TIMES.  NO BINS, BAGS, BOXES TO BE LEFT OUTSIDE ON LANDINGS OR CORRIDORS.

Emergency Call-Outs for Keys – MINIMUM CHARGE of £75.00

During your holidays keep your KEYS safe and ready for your return to Bristol, PLEASE NOTE THAT KEY CALL-OUTS OR SPARE KEYS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS OR AT WEEKENDS.

 

Please take extra special care of your key set during your Tenancy.  The cost of the providing the replacement keys can be expensive, also special orders normally take about two weeks. If they are security keys, the cost can be significant, together with the arrangement fees.

 

Note:

Upon moving in if you have packaging/polystyrene or cartons of ANY description to dispose of, ensure that these are:

   a) Left securely for recycling.

   b) NOT put in the dustbins, – take to the tip/dump

   c) Flattened, stored in the flat and retained by you

INVENTORY:

The condition and contents of your accommodation are recorded and updated each year. These are available to you via Email if you wish to have a copy.  Please allow seven days for this service from our office.

SERVICE CHARGES:

This is of particular importance in large houses or blocks of flats.  It is essential that all tenants read and observe the information provided in their Tenancy Information.  During your Tenancy you should at all times keep to the Bristol City Council requirements regarding cleanliness and hygiene.  You have responsibility to maintain your premises in a clean and tidy condition at all times.  Should additional cleansing services be required by us the cost will be recharged to the Household or individuals concerned.
